I first saw this as the name of
Milady de Winter from the Three Musketeers. I think it is an interesting and
pretty name / title. I don’t see this being widely used but I could see this
perhaps being used in a fun and creative way in perhaps a science fiction novel
or maybe a Steam Punk novel. I would love to see where this may be used.
