I was watching the 1995 movie Hackers the other day. It was the movie with Angelina Jolie and Jonny Lee Miller. Jonny Lee Miller played a hacker named Dade. I like the name. When I hear Dade I also think of Miami-Dade County in Florida. Dade is a good name with a great meaning and it's easily pronounceable. It's a name I don't hear very much which is good in my opinion. I have never read this name in a novel before.
