Meaning: (Lovely One, Mythology: a nymph in love with Helios, god of the sun. Clytie was changed into a sunflower, which always turns its face toward the sun. The Splendid One, Famous, In Greek mythology, Clytie was a nymph who loved the sun god Helios. She would watch him cross the sky day by day, and was finally turned into a heliotrope flower (some say a sunflower), which always turns its face toward the sun. The Bright, Magnificent One)

I love the meaning and the Mythological story about the one named Clytie. I saw this name on Behind the Name site I think. I love the look of the name. It would again work in a mythological novel or fantasy maybe not in modern day.
